Abstract

Nowadays, many condominiums are built on an increasing scale to meet the demand in the rapid urban process in Vietnam. In order to maintain the quality of condominiums as the original during using process, it is necessary to carry out the maintenance of the condominiums. But the contribution and management of condominium maintenance funds is one of the big and complicated problems that occur between apartment users and investors, the building management committee and investors, causing social discontent and urban disorder. Therefore, the study in this paper is urgent both in legalities and reality, while ensuring the civilization and good maintenance of condominiums and thoroughly resolving conflicts between investors and resident.
